Trish O’Neill has over 30 years’ experience in community development, with a strong commitment to tackling substance misuse and promoting education as a tool for empowerment. For the past 23 years, she has worked as a drug-free education worker with the Canal Communities Local Drugs Task Force, while also serving in leadership roles on the boards of Bluebell Community Development Project and Ballyfermot Star. Widely respected for her collaborative approach, Trish has built lasting connections across the community and private sectors to support wellbeing and resilience.
