One of the many Cork men living in Dublin, Tony founded the Rialto Community Drug Team over 25 years ago until his retirement in 2013. He was the chairperson of the Canal Communities Local Drugs Task Force from its inception until 2012. Tony is an ordained priest who ministered in Ecuador and Dublin until he married his now wife and moved to the HSE. Tony has a lifelong commitment to community development and is particularly interested in its link with spirituality. He continues his interest in community networking and building through active voluntary activism. He is an active board member of Rialto Development Association, The Rialto Youth Project and ACET Ireland.
