Recovery Housing
Our Recovery Housing service provides a safe, supportive and recovery-focused environment for people who have completed residential drug or alcohol rehabilitation and are ready to take the next step towards independent living.
We recognise that recovery is a journey, and that the transition from treatment back into the community can be both exciting and challenging. Our role is to provide the stability, support and encouragement needed to help people build strong foundations for long-term recovery.
Working from a trauma-informed approach, we offer shared supported accommodation where residents can continue to develop confidence, independence and the practical life skills needed to sustain their recovery. Residents are supported through a structured programme that focuses on wellbeing, community integration, personal development and preparing for independent living.
As residents progress, they can move into their own home within the community while continuing to receive tailored outreach support from our team. This phased approach ensures that people are supported every step of the way, from recovery housing through to sustaining a long-term tenancy and building a positive future.
Our Recovery Housing service is delivered in partnership with Fingal County Council and the HSE Social Inclusion Team, bringing together housing, health and recovery supports to provide a coordinated pathway from treatment to independence.
At Bridge Housing, we believe that recovery is about more than abstinence. It is about creating opportunities, rebuilding confidence, strengthening connections and supporting people to live fulfilling and independent lives within their community.
