Housing with Supports
At Bridge Housing, we provide safe and secure homes for individuals and families across the Fingal area who may need additional support to achieve stability and independence.
We understand that everyone’s journey is different. Many of the people we work with have experienced challenges and adversity in their lives. Our role is not just to provide housing, but to support people to build a positive future in a home they can be proud of.
When someone moves into one of our properties, our first priority is helping them settle in and make their house a home. During the early stages of a tenancy, our team works closely with residents to ensure they feel safe, supported and connected within their community.
As residents settle, we work together to develop a personalised support plan based on their goals and aspirations. This can include support around:
- Health and wellbeing
- Education and training opportunities
- Employment and volunteering pathways
- Building confidence and independence
- Strengthening community connections
Our approach is practical, person-centred and relationship-based. We work alongside residents at their own pace, recognising that meaningful progress looks different for everyone. We also collaborate with local services and community organisations to ensure residents can access the supports they need when they need them.
