Throughout her various roles in the sector, Debbie secured qualifications in Housing & Community Studies, Governance, Leadership,and Addiction Studies.

What matters: She has always had a strong sense of social justice and believes that everyone should be given the opportunity to achieve their dreams, including access to good-quality social housing.
